Shipping

We currently ship within Malaysia via DHL, Mr Speedy, Poslaju, J&T Express & Teleport. Shipping charges will be calculated and shown on the checkout page based on item weight. 

*Choice of courier companies will be at the discretion of our management.

For delivery within Peninsular Malaysia, it takes approximately 3-5 working days.

For delivery within East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), it takes approximately 5-7 working days.

International shipping

We currently ship to Singapore for items below 10KG. Shipping charges will be calculated and shown on the checkout page based on item weight. Shipping to Singapore will take approximately 7-10 working days subject to custom clearance.

International Duties & Tax 

International import duties & taxes vary from country to country. The charges will be borne by recipient of parcels i.e buyers. 

Insurance Coverage

As we are not responsible for damages caused during delivery/shipping, we would advise our customers to inform us if they need to purchase additional insurance coverage for their orders by leaving a remark at the checkout page
